Not able to see documents in Adobe acrobat online

I have signed an agreement through the email I received. I am using Adobe acrobat to track the agreement(https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/). I have enterprise license. When I click on 'Documents' and select 'All' to see all documents, nothing is opening except a blank screen. But in recents tab, I can see the agreements. If I select any agreement from recents tab, it says you do not have permission to perform this operation and this is all regarding to online website. When I use the application, it works fine and I am able to track the agreement I signed. I would like to know the fix for the website. Thanks

The link is redirecting me to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and I can see documents in recents. However, when I click on any agreement, it says you are not allowed to perform this execution. But when I went to documents tab to see 'All' documents, it is resulting in a blank page. The main aim is to track the agreements and see where it is pending for signature.

Hi Akhila3242454983b7,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

Are you still not able to view the Acrobat Sign documents? Try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser. Try the new incognito window on the Chrome browser.

If the issue still occurs, let us know if you made any recent changes to the Adobe ID. Or any other changes after which the issue started.

Let us know if the issue is resolved.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
