Has anyone figured out why some documents won't authenticate when trying to send e-sign?

Please share more information on what you mean here; some documents won't authenticate when sent for signature.

Share the steps you use to send the document and a screenshot of the error message you receive. It will help us to understand the issue here.

Share one sample form on which the issue occurs.
