"Complete in Order" Default

New Here ,
Nov 27, 2024 Nov 27, 2024

Hi! Is there any way to set the "Recipients" section to "Complete in Order" versus the automatic default of "Complete in Any Order". I never use the complete in order option and have been forgetting to switch until after I hit "Send", which means I have to start all over again. If there's any way to fix this, it would be immensly helpful.

Thank you!

Hi chloe_1834,

Thank you for reaching out.

You do get an option in the Account settings under Send settings where you can change the default option to send in any order. However, the setting is only available in business or enterprise service plans. Please refer to the screenshot below:

Hope the information helps.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi Meenakshi,

Thank you so much for letting me know! It looks like these settings are not available on my end, so I don't think I have a business or enterprise plan. However, do you know how I could check to be sure?

Thank you!

Chloe

Hi Meenakshi,

I hope this email finds you well! I'm just following up on my previous question. I don't think I have a business or enterprise plan, but do you know how I could check to be sure?

Thank you!

Chloe

Thank you so much! It looks like I have an enterprise plan, but I don't see the Account Setting option on my end. How would I get to it?
