We can login in ok to account.adobe.com on a Mac but when we try and send a PDF for e-signing, we get this pretty unhelpful error messgae "Sorry, Something Went Wrong"
We are OK ona Windows PC, but the person who sends out PDFs for e-signing works on a Mac
Help and solution appreciated !

The link you posted is for directions on signing into Adobe Acrobat. It does not cover how to resolve the error "Sorry, something went wrong" that appears when attempting to route documents for signatures via Adobe Sign.
