Reminders switch off

When daily reminders are set them seem to switch off before the document is signed. Why is this? Should it behave this way? Do recipients have the ability to turn them off?

automatic reminders have a limited life span to avoid spamming. for daily reminders i think it's 10 days, for weekly reminders it's 60 days.

Can recipients turn off reminders themselves? That feature seems to have disappeared. While my recipients need reminders, they are also annoyed by them. Last year the reminder email included a link for a customer to turn them off. That seems to be gone?

Hi Jp,

Sorry for the delay in response.

There is no option for the recipients to turn off the reminders from there end.

Once they complete/ decline the document, the reminder automatically turns off.

Thank you for replying to my question! I appreciate that. And I did figure out the answer when a customer with a reminder on their email, sent a reply to me.

This is what I’m talking about, and it’s still there YAY!

I just didn’t want customers harassing me to turn off the reminders. I like that they can do it themselves.
