I'm getting this error message after I add a recipients email address to a document to sign.  I click the button to proceed and this error message pops up. I am not a developer, and not trying to do anything other than request a signature. Any assistance would be appreciated.

This didn't solve it for me. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but I still get "An error has occurred. Please try again. Request must be made to correct API access point (e.g. use GET/baseUris).

As a workaround: acrobat.adobe.com allows for upload of the PDF and then you can send for signatures like normal.  This bypasses the API calls that the app makes.

Adobe needs to fix this, but at least that should get you going.

Thank you!  I have been in and out of an online chat with the MOST unhelpful people EVER.  I am reading that this is not a new issue, so HOW is it that "Support" professionals are so clueless?  The "work around" did the trick.  Thank you!
