Requested Signature Placement Moving

We will use Sign to send a packet of forms to be signed by a judge. However, in recent months we've been getting issues with the placement of the signature lines shifting big time once submitted to the cloud. Often the 1st page placed line is gone and is dumped somewhere much further down on the packet. 

 

Of course my first consideration is it operator error by the person preparing the packet. So of course I look over their shoulder, watch them go through each of the 20 pages and place the line correctly. I cannot find a rhyme or reason why this is happening. The clerks all use Edge or Chrome and it seems to happen on both. 

 

I attached a few examples of what the SENT document is looking like on the reciever's side. Maybe my search syntax wasn't good when trying to figure out if others have a similar issue. This one example was only 11 pages this time around so I don't think it would be overloading the system.

If the issue still occurs, please let us know if the form fields were added within the Acrobat Sign or on another platform.

Share the screen recording of adding the form fields and their appearance on the recipients' end. Also, share a sample PDF form on which the issue occurs. We will try to replicate the behavior. 

If the fields are added within the Acrobat Sign, this should not be happening. More information will help us to investigate this behavior.
