Requesting E-Signatures file 'undefined'

Using the Request e-signatures, file defaults as 'undefined'.  Happens when I open a PDF in Acrobat and then Request e-signatures, it seems to upload the document then kicks back to the attached screen. I can get around it by removing and then manually adding the file again but takes a lot more time when doing that 20 times for different documents.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening in the first place?

Hi William28909156m6kd,

Thank you for reaching out.

This is a weird behavior. Please confirm if the name appears undefined or if there is any other issue. Try sending the undefined name file to your alternate email to check. See if you get the correct file or not. This is just for testing so we can further investigate this behavior.

Check if the issue occurs to the file from a particular source or if it happens to all.

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of this. Also, try using the online account to send the documents for some time and check if you experience the same behavior or if it works fine. Depending on your information, we will review this behavior.

Let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

I have figured it out. After toggling back and forth from Classic and New experience, it ended up working.
