Sprache Empfänger Signatur ändern / Change Signing Language

Hallo, gib es mittlerweile eine Lösung zum Problem, dass die EMails an die Empfänger auch in einem Adobe Voll-Abo nicht geändert werden können?

Ich finde es schon erstaunlich, dass die EMail an mich selbst ("Sich selbst hinzufügen") in Deutsch ankommt und alle Mails an die Empfänger aber in Englisch. 

Es geht also, aber einstellen darf man es nicht, richtig verstanden?

Hello, is there now a solution to the problem that the emails to the recipients cannot be changed even with a full Adobe subscription?

I find it amazing that the email to myself arrives in German and the emails to the recipients all arrive in English.

So it works, but you aren't allowed to set it, right?

My subscription is Adobe Creative Cloud with all applications (2 TB).

Please view the attached pdf, I tried to describe the issue and added some screenshots.

I would like to be able to change the language of the emails to the recipients and also the page that they are shown to fill out to German.

I don't understand why there is no solution from Adobe, but I have noticed that emails are only sent in English when I send them from the desktop application. However, if I send them via Adobe Sign through the web interface, it respects my preferred language for the recipient as well. Maybe this helps someone.

Yes, I have the same account on both the desktop version and the online version. I can't find any suitable settings for "email language." What I can say, for those who have been struggling with this question for months, is that when I send emails via the web, the customer receives them in German, but when I send them via the desktop version, they are in English, which is suboptimal.

Could you please let us know the language you use for the browser and on the desktop? Are you using the Acrobat application in English?

When you create the document to send for signature, which language is used for both platforms? If you can share a small video for both platforms, it would be helpful to share it with the team for further investigation of this behavior.
