Stuck on submitting page

I'm using Adobe sign, it has been working great. Now when I get a file ready add some tabs for signing then press send it just sits there saying submitting and never does. If I log out and sign in again open the file I want to send redo the signatory tabs it may then send. Any ideas for what's going on and how to fix it?. I have lots to do and this is getting very wearing.

Hi Hazel,

Personally, I haven't seen an issue like that yet. But normally in such cases, i would just switch to another browser (if you are not comfortable clearing cache/cookies on your current browser) and then check for the behavior.

Let us know if you were able to resolve the issue and how did you do that.

I did eventually find another discussion with the problem and the advice there was to clear the cache and cookies, I did this and so far the problem has not reappeared. So lets hope it stays that way.
