I subscribe to Creative Cloud and I'm would like to use the Tool "Send for Signature" with Acrobat Pro DC. When I send the document out to a person for a signiture, I don't want the email and or name associated with my Adobe ID to display. Can I change this? I would rather use a different email, and a name I more commonly use.

Hello Bob,

If you have "Send for Signature" subscription, then you can directly make changes in your Adobe ID account ( regarding name and email address) and it will automatically update your E-Sign account as well.

Regards,

-Rijul

Hi Bob,

It could be possible that the changes were not made while updating your email address. Can you inbox me you old and current Adobe ID so that I can further check? Please don't share it on public forums.

Regards,

-Rijul
