I am 100% sure the e-mail I am using is correct, however whenever I try to send a document to get signed, it gets bounced and says it is "Undeliverable". Another coworker tried to and we couln't make it go through. When we sent a normal email to the address, there isn't a problem, so why is this happening?

Same question. I'd like to know why I can email a person, but Adobe Sign cannot and says messages bounce back.

Please confirm if it happens with a particular email address/ recipient.
Try sending the document to your alternate email address and check if you still get the bounce-back message.

I have the same issue. I sent it to 2 different email addresses and it comes back undeliverable but it's the correct email. Can you help?

Hi, this is also happening for signatories for our company. The email addresses have previously worked so I don't understand why they now aren't.
