Why am I only being given the option to upgrade to a multiuser account from a free account? I would like to upgrade to Pro from Free. I have done this 2-3 times before over the last couple of years. Has anyone seen this before? I have attempted to fix this by online chat with no help given and my support ticket is pending for a couple of days now.
Thanks , for the reply. Echosign support responded twice to me this morning which was a pleasant surprise.They had to make a change to my userid which allowed me to get to the Pro upgrade page. I don't know what the problem was but they fixed it. All is good now. This is the screen I was taken to when I clicked the upgrade link you mentioned.

Hi Scott,
I'm not sure what you're seeing but when I logged into my Free account, I simply clicked the "Upgrade" link at the top of the account page once I'd logged in. This is on the right side of the screen above your name. Once you click this, you should be taken to this page where you can then pick your plan (the options I see there are Pro, Team, Enterprise, and Global). If you then click on the subscribe now button under Pro, you should then be able to purchase a single license subscription without further incident.
Hope this helps out and if not, please reply and let me know here what you see when you attempt to get to the Pro option.
