We are sorry about the trouble.

 

The backend team can help with this. Please reach out to the Acrobat Sign support team, as they have access to the backend settings. Since we do not have access to the backend, there is not much we can do.

We cannot share that information as we have only view rights. However, we can confirm if we are checking the correct account. Please share the email address in the private message that you are using for your Acrobat Sign account. You may send a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.

Also, please let us know where you are checking the account status. If you are referring to the Acrobat desktop application, I would like to inform you that Acrobat Sign is included in the Acrobat subscription. However, the backend account is different for Acrobat Sign.
