Hi Jenniferk,

As you get the forbidden error message when trying to send the document for signature, please confirm if you have changed the Adobe ID or the email address for the Adobe Sign account recently.

I have checked your account using the email address that you used to log in to forums.

The account is active and seems to be working fine.

How exactly you are sending the document for signature when you get the error message?

Could you please share the complete error message you get?

Check if you can access the Adobe Sign online here Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign

Let us know how it goes.

We will be waiting for your response.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Turns out that adobe sign is separate from Adobe and if you change your account sign in this is the result.  You need to contact Adobe sign directly: [details removed by the moderator]

I don’t know—I guess because your new sign-in info means adobe doesn’t recognize that you have access to the adobe sign feature. The adobe sign folks just need to update your sign-in info and you should be good.

Hi Erika,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.

Could you please check and confirm if you still get the Forbidden error message when sending the document?

If the issue still occurs, please try sending documents via Acrobat Online and check if you experience the same behavior.

You may access Acrobat Online via the following link: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/. Once logged in, go to the E-Sign tab and select Request Signatures.

Let us know if you experience any issues.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
