After click on Home. Click on request e-signatures I get the message

My Account is a free account with 5 signature requests per month.

And you are sure that you are not part of a Teams or Enterprise account?
I would to try to sign out and sign in again, to be sure to be signed-in to the correct account.

You. Sign out and sign in again. If you are part of a Teams account, you will get asked, if you want to use the personal space or the corporate space.
