I was able to use it as usual until two weeks ago, but when I opened Aero for the first time in a while today, the grid part and objects in the workspace were not displayed and I could not edit them.
・I wanted to read and fine-tune what I edited on my iPhone, etc., but I couldn't.
・New creation is not displayed in the same way. Pressing the preview tab does nothing
・When you click an object from the starter asset, it is loaded and added to the scene on the right (not displayed in the middle)
● Anti-virus software while starting AERO for the first time in a while
I installed "Kaspersky Security"
There was no Adobe software in the quarantine, and there was no change even after stopping and starting the function.
●I also tried the following
・AERO starts after restarting the PC
・Uninstall and reinstall Creative Cloud
・Install GeForceExperience and update the Studio driver (maybe irrelevant, but...
Does anyone have a similar case or know more about it?

4.Objects in the starter set can be added even without a grid, and objects can be displayed with the iPhone version of the app.
However, I couldn't add my own data to the scene graph from the desktop version import button.
I tried with the extensions that I usually use, such as gltf, png, jpeg, and fbx, but I think I can't read all my own data.

After posting my reply, the grid mysteriously reappeared after a while and I was able to create an AR.
But again the grid disappeared.
So I deleted the Windows cache as a trial, and now the grid is displayed.
It is unknown why the grid was able to be restored.
I don't know if it's related, but if you still can't see the grid, try it.
