Hello "Mr Adobe" ;),
Questio: you create AERO and... what do you expect??? Nobody use it? Is it only a nice name in your software collection??????
Professionnal, teachers, artists, use it, but you... dont' care!!!!! Since 2019 this soft is a Beta version, with problems all the time (the last is Geolocation) and you never answer to the Adobe Users... Nice, we paid you, but it's not enough, I suppose?
AERO doesn't make money, okay, but if it remains in a buggy beta version, it's certain that it will NEVER make Adobe any money.
I've been wanting to say this for a long time, I'm a user who pays his subscription, and I think I deserve a little consideration (and also for all the people who have written in this forum) from Adobe.
In recent years you've bought up a lot of AR (and VR) technology, but you don't develop it because it's not Illustrator/Photoshop/AfterEffects, right...
The best thing would be for you not to buy them, and let these small companies live their lives, it would be more useful for the professionals who work in AR.
Thank you for your attention “Mr Adobe”.
(and I sympathize with all my colleagues who have been writing in this forum for years)

i agree with you 100 %
i keep trying to make project in aero but i'm beggining to think that it's a waste of time. I think Adobe is just not ready for AR. I spent hours on project that won't work correctly because of bugging, crashing, project size ? i don't know and if i can't count on a software then my professional mind tell me to leave it, and focus on those who work even if they are less seductive. i'm very disappointed by AERO since i believed in this project from the very start. But i guess it's just that we are ahead of our time. People might thought the same in the time with the wheel and its application to different roads.. well, see you to the next update..when tires will be invented.

Alot of others have had the same problem. If you are doing their tutorial (with the sun), I think it may be an issue with the asset they provide. Recommend you open a new empty file and insert one of their assets from the menu (besides the sun) and see if you have the same issue.

Hi Mark and Team.
I really love Aero and have been using it for product visualizations at trade shows. I'm curious when you guys plan to move this out of Beta? Does this product still have a future in the Adobe product roadmap? Curious because I love it and don't know of anything else like it that enable AR experiences in such a simple way.

Hi Ben, Mark, and Team,
I’m on the same page as Ben regarding this. I’ve been researching various options for achieving an AR experience, and I haven’t found anything as intuitive and user-friendly as Aero. I’ve explored Unity and Unreal, but they don’t quite compare.
Are you looking for projects, people, or teams to help elevate Aero further? We’re currently working on some art installations that would greatly benefit from AR support.
Thank you, and have a great week!
Best, Erich

Hi Mark and the Aero Team
I've recently completed a community project using Adobe Aero with geo-tagged AR elements, but I'm facing a major issue—Adobe Aero Player is not available for download in Australia, meaning my participants and audience cannot view or interact with the AR content.
We were about to begin testing with URL and QR codes generated by Aero, but participants can't access them since Aero Player doesn’t work here. Without mobile access to these AR elements, the project is at risk.
Request for Help:
This is urgent, and I appreciate any help!
Thanks Heaps in advace for your assistance.

I am working on a project that only allows viewers to see when they download the app onto their phone instead of just using the qr and it opening. It goes to download it first, then experience. I know the guidelines say that is not necessary. How do I fix this issue so viewers don't have to download the aero app to see my projects on their phones? thanks

Hi, i just had a few questions regarding the services offered by adobe aero, i know it's possible to create virtual mannequin, avatars, but is it possible to import clothes from a real brand on these mannequins. Mainly for advertising purpose, to show how the clothes are once put on. And if it is possible to do that, is it necessery to import pattern of the clothe ?

When I load a jpg-mapped gbl file created in 3dsmax into aero, the color saturation is cut off considerably. I would like to know how to display them with the original coloring.

Hi Mark, I'm wondering if there is a way to get audio assets to only play one at a time, or be able to pause an audio asset so that you can play another?
Thankyou!
