11 hours worth of work just disappeared

Adobe just erased 11 hours of my work while I was working on it. 

I have checked all of the saved files/version history and it is all gone. It reverted all versions back 11 hours.

This was for a project worth 15% of my grade that was due tonight. I have never had some thing like this happen before and I am desperate for help.
