4K footage in Adobe Express

Every time I use Adobe Express for video purposes and the footage is 4K shot with iPhone, the app seems to struggle. It's very delayed and crashes and/or suddenly it's trying to recover files. Sometimes while editing a duplicate clip appears on a new layer. I wish the app wasn't so buggy for the amount of ads I get about it.

Thank you for raising this. That's not the experience we want for you.

Can you let us know if you're working on a mobile or desktop device? Have you tried and experienced the issue on both platforms (mobile/desktop)? Also, let us know if it's happening only when working with 4K videos or if you experience this with 1080p and 720p as well.

It'd also be helpful if you could share a screen recording of the issue and device details and OS version (if working on mobile) so we can more accurately flag this with the engineering team to investigate.
