I'm having an issue with the ChatGPT connection. Once it has generated the templates, I get an error message when I click on it to open in Adobe Express.

This is the error message I get:

403 ERROR

The request could not be satisfied.

Hi @Lee36177277fcv5., Welcome to our Adobe Express Community! Thanks for reaching out!

Can you please specify the browser you're working on? Did you test incognito/private browsing mode? Can you confirm if you're on a VPN or have an active firewall? If yes, try disabling the firewall and not using the VPN.

Also, try disabling any active browser plugins/extensions to see if it makes any difference.

You may also want to check if all network endpoint access is enabled. Please refer to this article Network Endpoints for Adobe

Let us know how it goes!

Best,

Amitej
