adobe express download stopping at 90% on new files

old files will download, anything created after 5/22/24 will not download

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know when exactly you get this error? Which file format are you trying to download? Did you try downloading the file in another format? 

 

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference? 

 

Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV

I am having this same problem.  Adobe Express PDF download stopping at 90%.  Older files download fine.  File created on 23/5 will now

@matthew30612975jopo, yesterday Express did have a problem with PDF downloads that was causing a similar behavior, but it has since be resolved. If you are still having issues, please reply again and I can help sort out what is going on.
