Adobe Express files not downloading

Whenever I try to Convert to Gif in Adobe Express it no longer downloads.

I press the download button but nothing gets downloaded. Other Quick Actions work but not the Convert to Gif

It was working until late last year then it continues to inform me that the download is complete but no files are downloaded

I have tried this in the browser and via the downloaded app
