Adobe Express is no longer publishing my posts to Pinterest.

The following is all the attempts I've made.

  • used the Retry button in the post
  • disconnected and reconnected
  • emptied my cache
  • tried publishing from different browsers
  • duplicated my posts and tried to post them immediately

All attempts result in receiving the error message from Adobe it failed.

Hi

@LeAnne336443912vlt

,

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know if you're getting any error messages? If so, can you share a screenshot of the error? Did you check on a different device?

Regards.

Hey @LeAnne336443912vlt, thanks for sharing this!

Please check the file specifications once and see if they align with the media specifications for the Content Scheduler (Pinterest).

You may also want to check this article once: Connect X (Twitter), Pinterest, LinkedIn or TikTok

Let us know how it goes!

Out of the last 12 that failed, only 1 was over size. Most were well under 1 MB.

Hi @LeAnne336443912vlt,

Thanks for the detailed info, and sorry for the trouble you're having publishing to Pinterest through Adobe Express.

Since you've already tried reconnecting your account, clearing cache, using different browsers, and checking file sizes (with most under 1 MB), it sounds like you're doing everything right. Just to confirm a couple more things that can sometimes help:

  • Try signing out of Adobe Express and back in again to refresh account permissions.

  • Ensure Pinterest permissions are fully granted during the reconnect process—sometimes incomplete authorization can block publishing.

  • Test a basic post (e.g., image only, minimal text) to rule out content-specific issues.

We know this is frustrating, and we're here to help troubleshoot further if the issue persists. Would you be open to sharing the file type and format you were trying to post?
