Adobe express libraries not updating

• My adobe express libraries won't update . ( adding items im photoshop ) I have quit, restarted , shutdown everything multiple times over a few days and can't get it working - also tried creating a new library 
• HELP !

Welcome to the community! Could you please elaborate more on the issue you're experiencing? Which platform are you using? Is it desktop or mobile? Try signing out and signing back in again to check if that helps. Ensure you have a stable internet connection, as libraries may not sync without it.

Try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference.

Also, if you're on a mobile device, try reinstalling the app and see if that helps.
