Adobe express not loading

Is anyone else having issues loading adobe express? I am trying to create thumbnails but I am stuck on a screen with the logo.

Yes, I thought I posted here    Have actually lost file trying to download it so many times.  I am new so I thought it was me

Hi @pamela_8923 and @starcima.  Let's try a few steps to help recover your lost file:

 

  • Your files may still be saved in Adobe Cloud even if they are not appearing locally.
  • To check, go to Adobe Express on your desktop or mobile browser, log in, and navigate to your saved projects or recent files. You might find your video there.
  • If you’re using the mobile app, sometimes a file may appear blank due to cache issues. Try clearing the cache (but not the data)
  • Sometimes, simply reopening Adobe Express in another browser or on a different device can refresh the view and allow you to access files that seem missing.

I am new.  I thought it was me but I lost file in upload too.  The first time I tried it went to express and then next time it closed up.  I cannot find file  when I open it is blank. Audio is still there but lost 1 hour of video

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
