Adobe Express not loading

I'm using Safari Version 18.3, on Mac OS Sequoia 15.3. 

 

I use express daily, nothing has changed on my end. I am able to get the home page to load but once I select the option to create a new graphic, or even pull up a previous one, it just stays in the "get everything ready" mode. Nothing ever loads.

 

When I am on the home page, it shows I am logged in, and my previous work at the bottom, etc, everything looks good, but once I try to work on content, everything goes blank with log in.

I noticed in the address bar it stated new express, https://new.express.adobe.com  As soon as I edited "new" out of the address bar, https://express.adobe.com I was able to use the program with no issues and everything loaded.  Probably not the correct fix, but at least a workaround until it's fixed.

We're sorry to hear about this. Thanks for the screenshot and information. Did you try using another browser to see if that makes any difference? 

 

Also, please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://adobe.ly/3JGWTN9 are allowed.
