adobe express storage

Hi, Adobe Express keeps telling me I have no storage space left - when I press manage I can see there are no files. A little confused as to why it keeps telling me to upgrade (I'm using a free account but I can't even use the app whatsoever...) Please help!

Do you use any other apps with Creative Cloud e.g. Photoshop, Libraries. If so, check all these locations for any files that count towards your storage limit:

https://assets.adobe.com
- check also the deleted files section - files are permanently deleted after 30 days;
https://lightroom.adobe.com
https://documentcloud.adobe.com
https://express.adobe.com/sp/
https://new.express.adobe.com/
https://assets.adobe.com/mobilecreations
- in the Mobile Creations area also check Deleted items.
