Adobe Express template not loading after sharing

I made a poster template in Adobe Express browser. Now when I share it with my team, it doesn't load on their end, even on desktop or phone app. It's just stuck in the loading screen. Initially, they can view the design on browser but when they click the "Remix this template" button, it doesn't load anymore. Please help.
