Adobe Express Video Download Problem

Adobe Express: https://new.express.adobe.com

Video Download Bug: I cannot download any video projects that I create when uploading my own video files. The only time I can download a video project from Express, is when I use ONLY the video footage media provided by Adobe Express.

I have cleared my browser cache 10 times. I have cleared my cookies 10 times. I have restarted my computer 10 times.

Browsers:

Google Chrome Version 129.0.6668.101 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Mozilla Firefox 131.0.3 (64-bit

PC Computer:

Lenovo ThinkPad P53

64-bit operating system, x64-based processor, Windows 11 Pro

This issue started happening this week.

Thank you for all the information and trying the steps you have already. I wanted to get more info about the video clips you're having difficulties with. Here are my questions:
- What file format are the videos?
- How large are the video files?
- Are you recording them from a camera or mobile device?
- Is there any way you should share a sample video? I would like to try recreating the issue myself. If I'm able to reproduce it, I can report it to our developers?

Hi David,

File format: MP4
How large? One was 418 MB which I cut down alot, 1 was 1.4 GB which I cut down alot as well.

How am I recording them? On my Mavic 3 Pro CINE drone

Can I share a sample video? You mean share one of the drone MP4 video files that I imported into Adobe Expess and then cut it down to a few seconds?

Thanks for your response. You can indeed send one of the drone MP4 videos you've imported and edited in Adobe Express. If possible, sharing the trimmed version would be helpful, especially if it's the final output you're working with. Please share a file with us via a cloud storage link so that we will be able to download and check.
