Adobe Spark Page GONE

i was working on an adobe spark page for 14 weeks in my college class and when i logged in today it was gone. This is 10 percent of my grade and i would like to get it back. The online chat was no help, can someone please help me?

I'm glad to hear losing access didn't affect your grade. If my explanation doesn't seem like what happened, you might check any other email addresses you might have used previously. All files are tied to whatever email you sign in with, so if you signed in with a different email when you created the spark page, that could be why the files are gone.

@David__B Hey, I am using my school email for my account but there is no subscription, its a free account. This is my first time using this school email for adobe. Thanks for the help, but my teacher exempt me from this assignment so I dont need to retrieve it anymore. thanks so much

Sorry for the delay. I don't know for sure, but I'm wondering if what may have happened is you were using an account through the school, which they deleted. Then you created a free account using the same school email but lost access to all your prior files. That would explain why you lost access to your spark file and all other prior student content. I know students often have to migrate their work, so they don't lose it going through this kind of workflow https://adobe.ly/41o5laX Does it sound like this could be what happened? When you were a student were you logging into the school's network/domain? That would be a good indication that your Express membership was through the school.

hey thanks for the reply, this is my first time ever using an adobe spark page but i am using the same email and i dont have access to other student projects. This specific adobe page has been giving me trouble for some time now because it wouldnt let me republish the page after i edited it. I was able to access it on monday and when i logged in today it was gone from my recents, the link i gave my professor also stopped working.

Can you access other student projects besides this page? Are you logging in with the same email address? Are you accessing it from a public link?
