Am I crazy? Adobe express files gone.

I updated my Adobe express iPhone app to the new Adobe express mobile app. WHY ARE ALL MY FILES ON MY ADOBE EXPRESS IPAD APP NOW GONE??? This is unacceptable. I did not agree to this. Please advise on how to get them back. Thank you!

Hi, I'm sorry you're having these issues with Adobe Express. The new Adobe Express app isn't available on iPad yet (only on mobile and desktop), so that might explain why the app isn't showing your files on the iPad. You should have access to your files on mobile and desktop and through de Adobe CC app. 

I understand the inconvenience, this should be resolved once the app for iPad is released.

Hello -

All of my files keep disappearing and I am NOT using an ipad, using a
desktop. I need ALL OF MY FILES, not some from random dates, two years or
whatever in between

WHERE ARE MY FILES?! I am unable to get assignments done for work!!!!

    Who is their competitor? Same here? Just been with Adobe so long, I was using the programs before Adobe owned them. I cannot find ANY of my files and Adobe keeps sending the same nonsense responses to everyone with the same issue.

    P.s. I currently pay for the following monthly subscriptions: the FULL creative creative cloud suite, Adobe Stock, and Adobe Express. If I do not receive some sort of response, I will take my 20+ years of business to your competitor. Thank you.
