App is crashing. Files not loading. | Outage Fixed - Sept 5th, 2025

As of Sept 5 10:36pm adobe express is not working and is unusable. Please fix this issue as I use this run my small business online and website posts.

I have tried on multiple browsers with and without VPN, but I cannot get the Icon search to work.  It keeps giving me an error 'Sorry, we didn't find anything! No results for "whatever I search for, feather, ball, etc..." in Icons...'

For over an hour, I have been attempting to create a DJ flyer, but the templates are not showing up for browsing or use. Due to time constraints, I had to switch to an alternative product. As a premium subscriber, I expect better service. This experience has been disappointing, as I usually enjoy using this product to create great designs. I cleared my cache and history in Edge, Chrome, and Firefox, but the issue persisted. It seems there is a problem on the Adobe Express side, and the service is not functioning properly. I look forward to receiving an update on what happened on the backend. I am using a Windows 11 Dell laptop.

My files are always there when I sign in.  Keep getting error to try again   Screen shot attached

 

Cleared history and cache -

Tried different browser

changed password 

Need to access to work 

Cannot access adobe express my stuff for hours

The app will not let me save or download, templates are not loading. Fix your app. I'm paying for something that doesn't work and you will lose a customer if this not fixed by AM tomorrow. Not putting up with this, there are lots of apps out there.

None of my files are loading. Tried on every device, cleared cache, tried 3 different browsers.

I have the new mac book pro and tried it through safari and chrome. Also tried it through my microsoft laptop using microsoft edge. Also tried my IOS iphone 16 Pro through the app and nothing is loading.

I've had this for the last couple of hours. Can't access any of my projects. And worse, when I try to use my browser's saved URLs for those projects, it keeps saying 404 page not found. I hope that doesn't mean my projects haven't been lost!

Likewise, my files will not; I am getting the same message.  I am on an incredibly tight timeline.  I have been working 16 hrs/day on this project and now it has dissapeared??!!

I already started playing with Canva. I like it, easy to use too. I'll be out tomorrow if they don't fix this. Have to get something done by Sunday. Don't have time for this nonsense.

Extremely urgent and important for me to be able gain access back to my files and project.  I have almost completed my big project of the year and it must be finished by Monday.  I have 100's of hours in this project. 

The program froze mid typing and would not restore.  I closed it out and restarted it only to find that an error code replaced my prject telling me to return to hompage and try again or restart program.  I did both several times and nothing is working.  Need this sorted out and fixed ASAP.  It will be unacceptable to lose my work.

Same here, I was using it left the app a minute later went back and all my files gone. Projects gone and nothing loads. I reached out on Instagram no answer.

HELLO, MY ADOBE EXPRESS IS NOT LOADING ON MY WINDOWS COMPUTER, OR MY OS TABLET OR MY ADRIOD PHONE. I'VE TRIED ON MY COMPUTER WITH WIFI, MY TABLET THAT USES CELLULAR DATA AND MY PHONE. IT WILL NOT LOAD UP ON ANYTHING. I WENT TO THE CHAT AND TRIED RESTARTING THE APP, RESTARTING THE COMPUTER, CLEAR CACHE "BROWSING DATA" WHICH WAS EVERYTHING IT TOLD ME TO DO. I AM ALSO UNABLE TO SPEAK WITH A REP. IS THERE AN OUTAGE OR WHAT? WHAT IS GOING ON?

yes, if you look at all the recent bug reports the whole app is broken. I suggest you upvote all the other bugs logged with the same error so it gets more attention
