Assets from creative cloud library are being imported in low res

When importing assets, created in photoshop, into Express from the Adobe CC libraby they are displaying in low res. Do I have to change a setting? Or is this a bug?
Please find low res example imported from CC Library. Find High Res exported as a PNG from PS and imported directly into Express.
