Blurry part of PDF

I have uploaded a pdf to my client to edit, and there's a part of the pdf thats blurred out, pixelated. The text is outlined, since it's in chinese, but it's all vector. I have tried to upload different versions, but same problem with each.

Thank you for reporting this. Please check if it works in other browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome). You can also try clearing the browser's cache and cookies. Please let me know if this helps you in any way.

 

Also the image you share is of .png format. Could you please share a screenshot of what you see once you try downloading it to pdf fomat.
