Can't convert file

I have one Adobe Express project that won't convert to the new version. Other projects were converted just fine. Whenever I try to open the aforementioned project, I keep getting the an error message "We couldn't convert your file. Please try again". Since I can find no workaround and can't seem to convert back to the old version, I'm locked out of my work.
