Can't download from Adobe Express

It's frustrating to spend time using the incredible features of Adobe Express to then run into countless errors when trying to download and deliver. The bugs destroy the experience and make other options/apps/vendors more desirable.

That is absolutly how I feel. I am paying for Adobe and I need my craft downloaded for business and it takes to long to get somebody to help. Especially, because this seemes to be a common failure...

Thanks for reaching out. Please let us know which format you are trying to download. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and see if that works.

 

Can you share the project URL with us to investigate the issue?

I’ve tried Safari and Chrome to no avail.
