Can't download my multi-page project as PDF

I try to download, I see a download progress bar, then it disappears and nothing actually downloads.

1. Was the project created from exisiting template or Importing a PDF?

2.How many pages are present in the project?

A screenshot of the issue project or issue screen recording would help us investigate it further.
