Can't download video

I've been trying to download a .mp4 of my project for several hours and it keeps getting stuck between 12-16% and throws me an error. this is the UUID of the latest... 7e63aa75-9544-4cf7-8538-cf1f5b0ef2df

I couldn't download long videos (1 hour) in Adobe Express, but I found the solution and it's better to use Adobe Premier Rush to edit the videos, it's better because it has a desktop application (the Adobe Express one uses the browser and support told me that it has problems at the moment). The good news is that Adobe Premier Rush is included in the Adobe Express subscription as you can see at: https://www.adobe.com/la/creativecloud/video/compare-plans.html?promoid=H822XQ7V&mv=other

I've been trying to download my project for the past three days, but it keeps crashing and displaying one of these errors. I've cleared my cache and cookies as instructed, but the error persists.

I'm on a tight deadline and cannot afford to be unable to download my projects any longer.

Im javing the same issues,  i cant download my video, tried 3 different computers, wifi hard wired on the phone app it just gets stuck and wont download, is this problem goin to be resolved
