Hello, so I have managed to resolve the issue by adding the Fonts through the CC Desktop App under the Font tab, I am then able to use them within Adobe Express. The "Upload Font" option within Adobe Express is still telling me I need to upgrade my subscription to be able to upload Fonts. But at least I am now able to use the Fonts I need, bit of a work around but hopefully this issue is resolved in the future.

Hi Neelamk

It is an Enterprise account. Have tried signing out and back in and clearing the cookies but still does not work. Going to try and load the fonts into the Creative Cloud Desktop App and see if this works and it syncs with Adobe Express.

For Enterprise Account, this functionality is not available for now but the team is working on it.

Thanks,

Hello, if it's an Entreprise end users you need to contact your admin, he/she can upload font through the console admin.
Are you in that case? Entreprise or education?

Thanks
