Cannot invite admins to brand folders

Hi there! It appears that my staff is not able to add me/my account to the brand folders that they create. They keep receiving an error message stating that "Administrators already have access. Learn More." And the learn more link does not work. How can we fix this? I've included a screenshot sent by my staff user jace@amarareps.com.
