Hey there - if you go to the Express editor and go to the multi-page view, you can re-order pages there. Once you are happy with the order, you can then press "share" and post the carousel to Instagram or other channels.

We don't yet have the ability to re-oder media in the Scheduler, you can support this feature idea here: https://adobeexpress.uservoice.com/redirect/suggestions/46767355
