Color Fidelity

When using Adobe Express in the Chrome browser, colors are displayed incorrectly. The output color of a created PDF matches the proper color, but while on screen in Adobe Express the asribed HEX color is displayed incorrectly - in this example 00bdf6 is displayed as 4bbbf2 within the app, but correctly outputs to 00bdf6 in PDF form
