Connecting instagram/facebook

Hello. I cannot connect adobe express beta app to my socials. Every time I try I see the following error:

Ok, I figured it out. Turns out I had to create a business Facebook page to connect to my instagram and then connect both fb page and instagram account to Meta Business Site. After doing that I was able to connect my instagram page in Adobe Express.

Hi @StVitusDancer , did you follow the video I shared? https://www.loom.com/share/750104936d7641bc8d66c48548d1e379?sid=92d0e3bb-21c4-42cd-bda8-f5d88dbe258c  - if you can go to desktop, ensure your socials are disconnected and ensure that there's no Adobe Express app installed on your FB page  - then follow the steps on the video. Failing that - would you mind sharing your Adobe ID and we can look into this further for you.

Both desktop app and mobile app do the same thing- When I open the scheduling tab it asks me to connect my socials, since I have none connected. Then when I click "connect" either facebook or instagram a window that says "we're redirecting you to Facebook". Then after a few seconds it shows that error. I've tried doing it both on desktop and mobile app, also with different wi-fi's or cellular data but nothing works. I've also checked just now that connecting TikTok works without problems.

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know when exactly you get this error? When you try to schedule, do you see the scene to start connecting on your device? Try using another internet connection to see if that helps. Try restarting the device as well.
