Constant Buffering

Trying to create a video but it refuses to play through, stops to 'buffer' but really it just has an issue at the same spot repeatedly. It's loaded because if I spam the play button it plays for a split second before 'buffering' again. Issue persists between different browsers.

I've tried three browsers (all in their latest –Mac– versions as of October 9, 2024): Chrome, Edge, Safari. For video, they all work the same: buffering, buffering, buffering, buffering, and more buffering x 10. How can I produce anyhitng this way? I was hoping the iPad would work better but your iOS app does not suppert video at this time 😶. You throw us a bone and it's just made of cardboard...

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. How large is the video file you're trying to work with?
I'd test these just to rule things out

• Try clearing the browser cache  -  https://adobe.ly/4eFyB0C
• Test in incognito/private browsing mode -  https://adobe.ly/4h1OuQe
• Try using video clips from a different source
