Constant Buffering

Trying to create a video but it refuses to play through, stops to 'buffer' but really it just has an issue at the same spot repeatedly. It's loaded because if I spam the play button it plays for a split second before 'buffering' again. Issue persists between different browsers.

I've tried three browsers (all in their latest –Mac– versions as of October 9, 2024): Chrome, Edge, Safari. For video, they all work the same: buffering, buffering, buffering, buffering, and more buffering x 10. How can I produce anyhitng this way? I was hoping the iPad would work better but your iOS app does not suppert video at this time 😶. You throw us a bone and it's just made of cardboard...
