Convert to Svg

Hello, When trying to convert a png to an svg using the quick tool it won't let me download it. And it errors out.

    Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know if you're getting any error messages? If so can you share a screenshot of the error?  Have you tried with another file?

     

    Try restarting the app or device and see if that helps.

    We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Would you mind sharing the screen-shot of the error message you're seeing on your screen? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Such problems can also be fixed by clearing the browser's cache and cookies. Please check this link for more info:-https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
