Unable to access files due to not being able to convert to new folder on new Adobe Express website

Are you getting any error messages while accessing old files? Can you share a screenshot or screen recording of the workflow with the issue you face for us to understand?

Old files are accessible when you select Your Stuff  > Access files in the highlighted tile. Once you convert the old file, you'd see it in the Your Stuff section, and you'd also see a new folder [Originals]; this folder will hold your old projects which you choose to convert.
