Crop tool always popping up without me choosing it and cropping my project

I've had a issue since using adobe express with the crop tool.

whenever I'm moving things around it will show up and a lot of times will crop things I don't want cropped!

its extremely frustrating I'm trying to drag something and it pops up I x out of it and it crops whatever it was on anyway!

it isn't selected I'm nowhere near close to said "crop tool" but it insists I crop things I don't want cropped I guess.

as a man of very little patience and high blood pressure I'm sure that these glitchy things will eventually be the death of me and you can explain it to my children it's because you couldn't get it right.
