custom fonts won't load

also everything is really hard to find and very glitchy. I wish i could go back to how it was before you guys made all these changes.

Sorry to hear you are not happy with the new version of Express, and decided to cancel your paid account.

But it is expected that a paid feature like custom fonts won't function after you do so.

I had a paid account before about an hour ago. I cancelled it because your platform no longer functions in multiple ways that were very important to my work and you gave no warning that I would not be able to use the previous version. Also I really hate not being able to use firefox anymore. Again, I used this for work, so I don't have time to wait around patiently (with no estimated timeline) for it to be fixed.

I was able to upload custom fonts before the update (downgrade), but now it gives an error each time I try. I have custom fonts loaded in already and none of them work, the text on the page just goes blank when I change it to that font and won't appear even in the downloaded file even though the text is there and loads fine in other fonts. I'm kind of getting the idea that maybe we have differing ideas of what the word "functional" means. 


Also, if I never had the feature to begin with then why would I be making a bug report to let you know I had lost the feature that I never had?

Actually, uploading custom fonts is functional. However you need to have a paid individual account for this feature. If you have a free account or an Enterprise account, this functionality is not available.
 
@default31802209n9zpf5 could you confirm what kind of account you are using?

Maybe you guys should actually finish refining your features *before* literally forcing everyone to switch. I already cancelled my subscription. Your platform is unusable in its current state and I have deadlines to meet. It would have been nice to have some warning that I would need to find and learn how to use a whole new platform to edit my stuff.

I tried deleting out custom fonts and then reloading them to see if that would fix it, but it kept saying that the font was duplicate and would not reload it in, but i deleted it and could not find it in the list of fonts to choose from.

This is making me debate if it's worth it to keep this service subscription. It's unreliable every time i need to work on a project recently everything is moved around and I can't find anything, its super slow to load and nothing works correctly. Please give the option for us to use the old version of the image editor until you guys work out the bugs. This is affecting my livelihood.
