We're sorry to hear about this. Are you still experiencing this issue? If yes, could you please share the screen recording of the issue? Which file format are you downloading? Have you tried duplicating the file and then tried downloading it again to check if that helps?

 

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
